How to Use:

Place the disc cutter on a flat surface with the red rubber base beneath it.

Loosen the center knurled nut (counterclockwise) to separate the plates—lightly tap if they are stuck due to lubricant residue.

Insert your metal sheet between the plates, aligning it fully with the chosen hole—avoid trapping edges.

Use the brass hammer to punch the selected die firmly and cleanly.

To make rings or washers, first use the small die for the inner hole, then realign the sheet using the centering die, and finally punch the outer circle with the larger die.
